[WSIS CS-Plenary] Fw: WSIS stocktaking, letter of Mr. Utsumi

Dear All, 

Please see here the letter of the Secretary-General of ITU, Mr. Utsumi (
english - french - spanish), regarding the WSIS-stocktaking, 
as well as the questionnaire (english - french - spanish). 

The WSIS Executive Secretariat will soon publish on their website an 
on-line-version of the stocktaking form, and would recommend to fill 
out the electronic form.
