The WSIS Executive Secretariat has asked us to send this invitation to the plenary:
Please see below an invitation letter from the President of the Preparatory Committee of WSIS, Tunis phase, for the first meeting of the Group of the Friends of the Chair on 22 October 2004 in the Palais des Nations, Room XVII (Door 40, first floor).
The 22 October meeting is a special meeting, open to observers from International Organizations, ITU sector members, and from accredited NGOs, civil society and business entities. The observers may also take the floor.
For security reasons, all persons entering the Palais des Nations need a badge. Participants who do not have a UNOG badge should check out our website at http://www.itu.int/wsis/gfc for information how to get a special badge.
