[WSIS CS-Plenary] IMC statement

Dear Karen,
On this question which look very important, the
translation in French and if possible in other UN
languages is needed...
Is it possible to have a point in French ?
If not more than half on humanity will not be involved
by the debate, the challenge and the commitment...
Perhaps it is not important

autres langues des Nations Unies laisse plus de la
moitié de l'humanité hors course, je sais que ce n'est
