[WSIS CS-Plenary] What is going on? Transparency and selection

I was amazed that our organization was dropped from the list of accredited
organizations for the purpose of WSIS
II (Tunis), in spite the facts that:
- We have participated in the preparatory processes of the WSIS through our
Secretary General who is a resident of Geneva.
- I have personally attended the Geneva meeting last December at my own
expense as we were not sponsored on the view that we are a 'developing
country' NGO.
We have not been even informed by the secretary of its decision.
Can any one tell me what is really going on? Should NGOs care about the WSIS
if they are not allowed in the decision-making process and there is lack of
transparency? We really are contemplating not re-applying for accreditation,
as we do not like to be just a number to give the illusion that the process
was an 'inclusive' one, which seemingly it is not.
Sincerely,
