[WSIS CS-Plenary] 23 June CS Meetings in Hammamet

Dear Colleagues,

There have been some questions about the 23 June Civil Society meetings in Hammamet.  Plans are still being finalized with the Tunisian hosts and the WSIS secretariat.  But as of now, it is anticipated that there will be a basic informational meeting for those new to the process, probably in the morning of 23 June.  Then in the afternoon, there will be meeting slots available for CS caucuses and working groups to have their own meetings.

As times and location becomes finalized, we will inform you.  But do try and be in Hammamet by 23 June if at all possible.

Chers Collègues, 

Il y a eu quelques questions au sujet des réunions de société civile de 23 juin dans Hammamet. Des plans sont toujours en train d'être menés à bonne fin avec les tunisiens et le secrétariat de WSIS. Mais a ce moment, on le prévoit probablement qu'il y aura une réunion informationnelle de base pour ceux nouveaux au processus, le matin de 23 juin. Alors l'après-midi, il y aura des chambres de réunion disponibles pour des comités de société civile et des groupes de travail pour avoir leurs propres réunions. 

Car nous confirmons les temps et l'endroit, nous vous informerons. Mais essayez d'être dans Hammamet le 23 juin si à tout possible.
