[WSIS CS-Plenary] Invitation / Invitation / Envitación: PRE-PrepCom

Dear all,

German civil society organizations plan a PRE-PrepCom conference in Tunis or
Hammamet for the two days before WSIS Phase II PrepCom I: June 22-23, 2004

The conference is planned to have two parts. One open to the general public,
the other limited to NGO-representatives attending PrepCom I.

We need your suggestions, help, input to make this endeavor a success.

MOST IMPORTANT - We need to know who plans to participate, because at the
moment we do not know how big the location has to be.

Bonjour à tous!

Les organisations allemandes de la société civile sont en train de préparer
une conférence PRE-PrepCom à Tunis ou à Hammamet. Cette conférence aura lieu
les deux jour avant la WSIS Phase II PreCom I, c'est à dire Juin 22 à 23,
2004.

La conférence aura deux parts: Une qui est ouverte au public général,
l'autre qui est limitée aux représentatives des ONG (en Anglais: NGO)
visitants la PrepCom I.

Nous avons besoin de vos suggestions, de votre aide et de vos idées afin que
la conférence serait un succès.

TRES IMPORTANT: Il faut que nous savions bientôt qui veut visiter cette
conférence pour pouvoir commander une salle juste.

Organizaciones de la sociedad civil alemana están planificando un congreso
Pre-PrepCom en Tunis o en Hammamet dos días antes de la fase II del CMSI
(PrepCom I: Junio 22-23, 2004)

El congreso está planificado teniendo dos partes: El primer parte debe ser
abierto al público general o sea a todos. El segundo parte debe ser limitado
a todos  los representantes de las ONGs atendiendo a la PrepCom I.

Necesitamos las sugerencias y la ayuda de ustedes, para que este esfuerzo

Lo más importante: Necesitamos saber quienes van a participar, porque por el
