[WSIS CS-Plenary] African Civil Society for Information Society (ACSIS) launched

Dear all
It seems time that the CS organize better herself.
I think that for the next June meeting, the Tunisian
CS should play a coordination role especially in
direction of our german friends who want to help with
the support of Goeth Institut.
I absolutely must avoid a 3 or 4 levels one betweel
africans, the second open maily to NGOs and
associations from the North (under german support to
change with the precedent sheme in Geneva) and perhaps
one gathering arabic NGOs and associations.
