Dear Carvin,
It seems that the civile society is going without
leaders, without pilot !
German want to organize something prior to the
official meeting, as well as English spoken leaders
(CRIS ?) and Tunisian civile society why not with
african and arabic civile society representative and
we can imagine where we are going to !

Il semble que la société civile est en train de partir
dans tous les sens.
Les Allemands qui veulent organiser une rencontre à
Tunis avant l'ouverture, les anglophones ne vont pas
rester en reste et pourquoi pas les tunisiens avec les
africains et les arabes ! C'st navrant mais c'est
ainsi.
