OK, Rik. But they have decided now:

The PrepCom3 will continue on 10-14 November (if they find the
ressources to pay for it - I guess if they don't Switzerland will have
to pay...). 
I am not clear about the second continuation of the prepcom that was
suggested for 7-9 December. But this will be up to the next meeting in
November anyway.
