Hi all,

it seems that the possibility for a meeting between EU member state
delegates, the Swiss delegates and Pan-European civil society has
posed itself for Thursday, 8:00 or in the afternoon.

To make sure this meeting will be as successful as the one with the EU
member states today, the civil society will meet tonight,

       Wednesday, Sept 24th, 2003, 20:00

We are trying to reserve _Room 18_ but will meet in the _Cybercafe_ if
everything else fails.

If possible, the meeting will also be announced on the board, possibly
as "EU+CH+CS CS-Meeting".
