Hi all,

the European Union member states have agreed to consult with European
civil society and a meeting has been planned for

      Wednesday, September 24th 2003    8:00

Meeting is at 7:50 in front of the entrance to the CICG.

Everyone who would like to come, please make sure to come to the civil
society preparatory meeting tonight.

Meeting for that is at 20:00 in the cybercafe of the CICG.
