[WSIS CS-Plenary] List of Content and Themes Caucuses online, please check and correct

Hi all, 

I have put a list of all the caucuses and working groups known to us
online.
You find it at http://www.worldsummit2003.org. Click on "Civil Society
Organisation" in the grey area on top of the page or unter "PrepCom3" on
the right side.
PLEASE:
This list of caucuses is an updated list of the groups active at
PrepCom2. There will probably be more updates needed, as nobody seems to
have a complete overview. So please let us know of needed changes at
bendrath at zedat.fu-berlin.de or wsis at boell.de.
Also, please let us know of websites run by the caucuses and working
groups so we can link to them. 


There has also a bit update been done at the PrepCom3 "Overview and
news" page there, for example the compiled CS comments on the draft
declaration are now online. The compiled action plan comments will be
put online on Monday as soon as they are available.

As usual check http://www.worldsummit2003.org regularly for more
updates, news reporting and analysis.
