[WSIS CS-Plenary] Critical: Content and Themes -- File Sizes

All,

When sending to ct at wsis-cs.org, it is critical
that the file size be < 250,000 bytes .

It it is larger than that, it must be approved.

Even if I approve it, the system has been known
to *not* send large files.

The best way to keep the size down is to
use -- short of ASCII (Text) -- is to use
RTF. Do not use the Word .doc format.
