[WSIS CS-Plenary] webcast of WSIS meetings

Dear Friends,

For those who have the time, patience and the language skills, you can 
view and listen to webcast of the official WSIS plenary and 
Sub-committee Two meetings online at:

			http://www.itu.int/ibs/WSIS/pc3/

This is the "room feed" which means that there is no translation.  So 
if someone is delivering an intervention in Arabic, you hear Arabic.   
There are archived feeds from previous meetings as well as a live feed 
from the current meeting in progress.

And obviously it helps if you have broadband and are not behind a 
firewall.
