We are pleased to share with you the CS Bureau meetings schedule and the
list of items for discussion during Prepcom 3. We would be most
grateful if you could provide your comments and suggestions for
additional issues you may wish to discuss.
1st WEEK
Monday, 15 September (10:00 - 11:30) ITU Room T.103
- Adoption of the CS Bureau meetings Agenda during Prepcom 3
- Review of documentation for the CS Bureau meetings
- Interpretation arrangements during Prepcom 3
- Arrangements for the Press conference (to he held on Monday, 15
September at 12:00)
Tuesday, 16 September (time to be confirmed) ITU Room T. 103
- Format and working arrangements during Prepcom 3 (CS speaking slots, etc.)
Wednesday, 17 September (time to be confirmed) ITU Room T. 103
- Arrangements for the 2nd Press conference
- Summit Events
- Fellowships for the Summit
Friday, 19 September (time to be confirmed) ITU Room T. 103
- Format and working arrangements during the Summit (CS speaking slots,
etc.)
2nd WEEK
Tuesday, 23 September (time to be confirmed) ITU Room T. 103
- Follow up to the Summit
Thursday, 25 September (time to be confirmed) ITU Room T. 103
