Dear all,
Following meeting with the CSD Secretariat we changed the time slots for
caucus meetings in the afternoon. Please find revised version and
registration form on www.ngocongo.org or www.geneva2003.org Spanish version
will come tomorrow.
Best wishes
Renata

Dear Renata and all friends at Congo
Thank you for this, and congratulations again for holding this useful
orientation session...
May I just suggest that for announcements like this with large attachments
(this one had more than 3 megabytes of .doc files), we can just post the
large
files on a website for download.
For people in countries and situations with low bandwidth, limited server
space, or unreliable connections, sending a post like this may be a problem.
(Especially when it is crossposted on several lists where people are cross-
subscribed, multiplying the number of times one gets it.)
Also, with the recent proliferation again of computer viruses/worms in mail
attachments, some will be wary of opening such attachments.
Thanks for your attention, and hope to see some of you in Geneva...
