[WSIS CS-Plenary] *definitive* information on PrepCom IIIB: Civil society participation

Karen,
I have just phoned with the Exec. Sec. and learned
that despite the misleading note referring to a "5-6
December 2003, High Level (sic) Resumed Session of
PrepCom-3", http://www.itu.int/wsis/

Pierre Gagne said today: "we expect PrepCom IIIB to be
the same arrangements as other prepcoms."

However PrepCom IIIB will be in the UN Palais des
Nations, not the CICG that has been used previously. 

It appears now that you would have to get a PrepCom
badge converted at the guards' building called "Ville
des Feullantines" and located across from the Palais
entrance nearest the bus-stop "Nations", before being
allowed to proceed onto the Palais grounds.

An official Invitation Letter laying out these details
is said to be forthcoming "soon" on www.itu.int/wsis
