Which was the process to decide the members of this new team? 
Which are the representation of the members of the team?
And what about the way to decide the contents of the preview document?

1. Coordinating team
-- We have established a new coordinating
    team for  the Content and Themes group.
   
    Sally Burch
    Claire Sherman
    Susanna George
    Liberato (Levi) Bautista
    Steve Buckley
    Jim McDonnell

2. Drafting Group
      -- The following people volunteered for the drafting group
          for the "CS Declaration" (Title to be determined).
    Levi Bautista
    Jim McDonnell
    Nilo Cayuqueo
    Lisa McLaughlin

    -- In the interests of reducing e-mail traffic for the drafting 
group and to allow them to focus,
    I have/will continue to unsubscribe people from CT-DRAFTING at wsis-cs.org
    who were/are not directly part of the drafting group through PC3.

    -- The drafting group will report regularly to the CT list.
   
3. Process
    -- The coordinating team will develop a proposal and schedule for the
        "CS Declaration" and report back here shortly.
