Amig at s, esta es la lista de portavoces seleccionados por la 
Secretaría General de la UIT para la CMSI.

Tenemos la gran preocupación y malestar que, como siempre, al final 
de cuentas, las propuestas hechas por la sociedad civil para portavoz 
en la ceremonia de apertura de la Cumbre, de manera particular en 
este caso por el grupo de contenidos y temas (a través del grupo 
adhoc para selección de portavoces de SC) no fueron tomadas en 
cuenta.  

Cuando estabamos en la fase final de conformación de la lista 
sugerida de portavoces, fuimos informados/as que la Secretaría de la 
UIT tenía otra alternativa para la sesión de apertura de la Cumbre y 
que la iba a tomar en cuanta para la selección.  Como es obvio, la 
opción fue propuesta por la UIT.  Era de esperarse, no?  A pesar de 
sabemos ya como se está llevando el proceso de la Cumbre, no puedo 
dejar de sorprenderme con cada resultado que aparece sobre la mesa 
:((  Terrible!

A pesar de todo esto, es muy bueno que varios/as de los portavoces 
propuestos por este caucus para las discusiones generales y las mesas 
redondas están en la lista final!    

¿Podrían por favor Sally, Daniel, Carlos Afonso y Nestor Busso 
chequear los días que les corresponde, registrar en sus agendas y 
confirmar su presencia en el slot que se les ha asignado?   Es 
tambien un problema que la lista final sale, sin mayor informacion, 
pocos días antes de empezar la cumbre, y mucho menos ofreciendo algún 
mecanismo concreto para apoyar la participacion de los/as speakers 
"seleccionados" :( 

Víctor, tienes el email de Nestor Busso por favor?
