Estimada Beatriz,

We have 90'000CHF, 12 days in Geneva costs almost 5'000CHF. We have the
possibility to cover the cost of 18 persons, including the Bureau. 4 persons
may come from a country in development.

 there must be a way to improve the participation of people from countries
