Estimados amigos y amigas del caucus,
a continuación y para su información, un mensaje enviado por la División de 
la Sociedad Civil de la CMSI (es decir, el equipo compuesto por A. Clerc, 
L. Lassonde, L. Ursache, que está en Ginebra).  Esta División sólo escribe 
sus comunicaciones en inglés y francés, a pesar de la insistencia que hemos 
hecho para incluir el castellano también :(
