The publication consists of five papers, one penned by Hendy and four by fellow lawyers, academics and experienced mediators.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>The publication is being launched as part of an ongoing project by editors Nicole Busby, Director of the Centre of Employment and Labour Law Studies at Strathclyde University; Dr Morag McDermont of the University of Bristol Law School; and sociologists Dr Emily Rose and Adam Sales. This project, New Sites of Legal Consciousness: Citizens Advice Bureaux (CAB) and Employment Disputes, began in April 2012 and will run for two and a half years.
