[CC-czech] [Czech licence - legal code in xhtml and the latest english retranslation

Thanks a lot, Marek and Nathan!

Dear all,

Now that the most recent changes are on the staging server, I would like to
invite the CC Czech team to conduct a final proofreading. Catharina and I
tried our best to decipher the Czech text, but as you know, there are many
things a native speaker will spot better than us. :-)

Please take your time and review these files carefully. Keep an eye out for
spelling and punctuation, as these are little things that may go unnoticed
at first glance! If you have any colleagues that would be interested in
helping, please encourage them to proofread too.

When you have completed proofreading, please let us know. Once we have your
final ok, the licenses will be ready to go live.

In the following week, I'll be in touch about launch preparation and a press
release. In the meantime, happy reading!
